Four men were killed and at least eight others were wounded in shootings Tuesday across Chicago, according to Chicago Police. Most recently, a man was shot to death in the South Side Englewood neighborhood, police said. The 31-year-old was standing outside with a group of people in the 7000 block of South Morgan about 11:30 p.m. when several males walked up and someone opened fire. He suffered gunshot wounds to the eye, right arm and neck and was taken to Stroger Hospital, where he was pronounced dead.
