At least eight people were wounded in shootings Monday on the South and West sides. Most recently, a 27-year-old man was shot in the North Lawndale neighborhood on the West Side. He was walking in the 4000 block of West Roosevelt at 7:27 p.m. when someone in a passing gray car shot him in the left leg, according to Chicago Police.
